Custom Regulations

According to decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission of December 20, 2017, from January 1, 2020, the limits for duty-free import of goods for personal use to the EAEU countries, including Russia, will change. So, in international mail, you can receive duty-free goods with a customs value of not more than 200 euros and weighing up to 31 kg.

For citizens of Russia, the limits apply to one postal item. This means that the customer can receive duty-free several parcels with goods of 200 euros each. However, if several parcels arrived at customs as part of one batch, they can be treated as one shipment and levied a duty.

If the limit is exceeded in the EAEU countries, a single customs duty rate is applied in the amount of 15 percent of the value, but not less than 2 euros per 1 kg of gross weight of international mail in terms of exceeding the value and (or) weight norms.
